Join a neurology group providing a full spectrum of neurological services in both inpatient and outpatient care, with access to specialized testing and clinic resources. The role includes outpatient neurologic care with a defined weekday schedule, patient appointment structure, and average daily patient volume.
Key Responsibilities
- • Join a Neurology group consisting of 5 physicians (2 are Neuro-Hospitalists), and 3 APPs
- • Hospital has a Neurology floor and Neuro PIN unit
- • EMG/NCS, EEG, autonomic testing, and vestibular testing available
- • Ability to perform EMG/NCS is required.
- • Work schedule: M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- • New patients: 30-minute appointment. Established patients: 15-minute appointment.
- • Average number of patients a day: 18 – 22
- • EMR: Epic
Required
- • Medical license in the State Basic Life Support (BLS).
- • Must also maintain a Controlled Substance license for the State of Missouri and Federal DEA.
- • Must have successfully completed, an accredited residency program.
- • Must maintain active medical privileges and medical memberships.
- • Must be Board Certified within 2 years of hire date.
- • Ability to perform EMG/NCS is required.
