Primary Care Physician

Provide primary care for an underserved patient population within a multidisciplinary FQHC, serving as the primary internal medicine provider on-site. The role includes supervising mid-level providers, coordinating patient schedules for both scheduled and walk-in visits, and working a daytime schedule with no call duties.

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt.
