Provide direct patient care as a Family Practice Physician at the White Salmon and Stevenson clinic locations. Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and programs like PCPCH and Meaningful Use, and may provide supervisory and administrative oversight for the education of physicians and other allied health professional learners.

Required
- • Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field
- • Current Washington Medical License and DEA licensure in good standing or ability to obtain

Additionally, you may provide supervisory and administrative oversight for the education of physicians and other allied health professional learners.

Minimum Qualifications

At OCH, we’re committed to supporting new providers from day one. Our first-year compensation package for a 1.0 FTE totals $265,000, designed to give you stability as you build your patient panel. We have 95% provider satisfaction rating for 2025!
First-Year Package Includes
- $25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
- $200,000 base salary
- $40,000 first-year guarantee (FYG)
- Relocation support typically ranging from $5,000–$10,000
- Full participation in our RVU incentive program, even in year one
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
