- • MD/DO from an accredited institution
- • active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)

- • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
Preferred
- • Residency training in ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine programs welcomed

This opportunity is located at Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital, which provides a full range of services to the southern Miami-Dade County community
Responsibilities include management of preventive and proactive patient care, as well as chronic disease, and coordination of multidisciplinary care while delivering exceptional patient experience
