This role provides comprehensive outpatient primary care across the full spectrum of family medicine in an established practice. The physician will work in a collaborative, team-based care model, with opportunities to teach medical students and residents and optional involvement in research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the full spectrum of family medicine
- • Engage in a collaborative, team-based care model alongside case management, clinical pharmacists, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff
- • Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, with optional involvement in research initiatives
- • Contribute to and support a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment
Required
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- • Completion of residency in an ACGME or AOA accredited program
Preferred
- • Experience with older adults and complex care is preferred
