Primary Care Physician - Darby Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan, including management of acute and chronic conditions and preventive care and population health management. Primary Care Darby- Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital- Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic

Location: Darby, PA

Position Summary

Primary Care Darby, part of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Pennsylvania market.

Primary Care Darby offers a range of services, including general primary care, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive health screenings. In addition to general internal medicine, the center provides specialized care, including an endocrinology clinic, and a multitude of specialties.

  • Full-time schedule (36 patient-facing hours)
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • On-call responsibilities (1:5 call schedule), phone-only
