Otolaryngologist

Full-time Otolaryngologist role in a referral-based surgical practice covering a wide range of the specialty, with opportunities to collaborate with a collegial team, work with audiology support, and practice within an integrated multi-specialty environment. The position also offers mentoring and teaching through an ongoing relationship with the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program.

Key Responsibilities
  • A referral-based surgical practice covering a wide range of the specialty, including head and neck, endocrine, sleep, pediatric, rhinology, otology, facial plastics, and skin cancer surgery.
  • Collaboration with a collegial team of four (4) otolaryngologists with physician assistant support.
  • Support from a dedicated group of 4 audiologists.
  • Collaboration with a wider network of MAPMG otolaryngologists in our metropolitan service areas to include Washington D.C./suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia.
  • A captured patient population within an integrated delivery system, promoting the full breadth of otolaryngology practice in a multi-specialty environment.
  • Opportunity for mentoring and teaching through our ongoing relationship with the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program.

Required
  • MD or DO
  • Board certification or board eligibility in otolaryngology.
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
Preferred
  • Graduating residents are encouraged to apply, with one year of experience preferred but not required.

We invite applications for a full-time Otolaryngologist for practice opportunities at our Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center.

The starting annual salary for this position is $410,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.

Effective July 1, 2026, the starting annual salary for this position will increase to $440,000.
