This role is focused on delivering glaucoma ophthalmology care within an integrated care delivery system that emphasizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration. The position also benefits from substantial practice and administrative support, allowing the physician to focus on patient care while many non-clinical responsibilities are handled for them.

Required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Fellowship trained in Glaucoma
  • Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
  • Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is the clinician-led medical group that provides care exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state. With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest.

Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.75 FTE) Glaucoma  Ophthalmologist to join our Federal Way Medical Center team in Federal Way, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration.  

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $384,450 to $452,294 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
  • Value-Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
