Chief of OB/GYN
This role combines mostly clinical work with administrative responsibilities in an OB-GYN practice. The position involves coverage in labor and delivery and continuity-of-care office settings, working in both inpatient and outpatient environments and collaborating with Certified Nurse Midwives.
Key Responsibilities

Required
- • Unrestricted Maryland medical license

Job Specifics
- Position will be 80% clinical/ 20% admin
- Position will join a group of 3 OB-GYN physicians
- Hospital performs on average 2,200 deliveries per year
- L & D and continuity of care office coverage
- Inpatient & Outpatient settings
- Work collaboratively with Certified Nurse Midwives
- 9 LDR’s
- 2 OR’s
- 5 Triage beds
- 20 beds in Level III NICU
- 30 beds on the floor used for postpartum, antepartum, and GYN patients
- EPIC EMR with Stork
