- • Conduct thorough patient assessments.

- • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- • Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and health education.

- • Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and follow up on the results of such consultations.

- • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including patient privacy and confidentiality laws.
Required
- • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.), or equivalent
- • Completion of residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- • License to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
