This role is for a team-oriented fellowship trained general medical oncologist and hematologist. The position involves outpatient clinics, clinical research, chemo supervision, inpatient work, and consultation service, with responsibilities for both malignant cancers and benign hematology diagnosis. There is also an opportunity to participate in research and clinical trials.

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is in search of a medical oncologist and hematologist for our Lake Mary clinic conveniently located in Central Florida, 25 minutes from Downtown Orlando! It is one of the fastest-growing areas in Central Florida, home to prominent businesses, restaurants, and high-tech businesses. Position Overview
SCREENINGS – Background, drug, and nicotine screens
Safeguarding our patients and each other is an important part of how we deliver the best care possible to the communities we serve. All offers of employment at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background screening. Additionally, as a condition of employment, FCS requires all new hires to receive various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, barring an approved exemption.
