Join a high-volume PRN pool supporting OB/GYN care with 12 and 24-hour shift options. The role focuses on collaborative delivery and triage workflows, emergency GYN surgical interventions, and managing high-acuity cases with full specialty support.
Key Responsibilities
- • Pick up shifts on a cadence that works for you
- • Partner closely with a highly integrated nursing team and four distinct OB groups to optimize delivery and triage workflows
- • Lead emergency GYN surgical interventions, managing high-acuity cases including ectopics and ovarian torsions with full specialty support
- • Drive unit efficiency by managing all triage arrivals and ER consults, ensuring seamless continuity of care
Required
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
Preferred
- • Advanced Life Support preferred
- • Physicians who are comfortable performing emergency GYN surgeries independently
- • Physicians who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments with minimal downtime
