The Medical Director provides clinical direction to meet service delivery requirements, directs clinical services for patients, and provides clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. The role also collaborates with the Health Services Administrator to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided and participates in committees as requested.

We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Director to join our team at Deberry Special Needs Facility located in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Medical Director provides the clinical direction needed to meet service delivery requirements, direct clinical services for patients, and clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. The Medical Director collaborates with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided, and participates in various committees to include Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as requested.
Qualifications
MD or DO
Active, unrestricted TN license
Active, unrestricted DEA
Leadership/directorship experience preferred
Ability to pass credentialing, drug screen and background check
Shift
Day Shift
8 hour shifts, weekdays
7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
PAID call
No nights, holidays or weekends
