Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT / Otolaryngologist to join an expanding ENT practice in an outpatient clinic with a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite. The role includes an employed general Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery practice with an operative component at the main hospital campus and a schedule of 4 clinic days and 1 OR day.

  • Collaboration with collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients.
  • Strong relationship with General Surgery team.

Practice Highlights

  • Practice Setting: Employed general Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery role within Augusta Medical Group. Outpatient clinic plus operative component at Augusta Health's main hospital campus.
  • Schedule: 4 Clinic Days and 1 OR Day
  • Call: 10 days of call per month (1/3 rotation)
  • Current Staff: 9 FTE
  • Clinical Volume: average annual wRVUs ~8,164 Quality/incentive- 10% of base
  • Clinic Days/OR Days per week- 4 Clinic days and 1 OR Day
  • Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.
