Anesthesiology GME Program Director
Lead the anesthesia residency program and combine administrative and didactic (teaching) responsibilities. The role includes ongoing clinical activity, specialty expertise, and educational and/or administrative experience in an undergraduate and/or graduate medical education environment.

Required
- • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency prior to start-date
- • ABA board certified
- • Experience must include specialty expertise and at least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience, preferably in an undergraduate and/or graduate medical education environment
- • Experience must include ongoing clinical activity
- • Be willing to combine administrative and didactic (teaching) responsibilities
- • Have strong leadership and team building skills
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
- • Candidates currently serving as program director or core faculty in an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency or related fellowship are highly encouraged to apply
- • Candidates with recent scholarly activity – such as peer reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, chapters in textbooks, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or participation in national committees or educational organizations – are highly encouraged to apply
