Key Responsibilities
- • Provide leadership and oversight across Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance activities
- • Act at both portfolio and departmental level to ensure quality and continuity
- • Remain hands on with safety case review, escalations and oversight of AE/SAE processing
- • Support global safety activities including US regulatory requirements
- • Lead, mentor and support safety team members
- • Build, improve and implement safety processes and workflows
Required
- • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field
- • Strong experience in Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance within a CRO or similar environment
- • Proven leadership experience, either through team management or senior functional oversight
- • Solid knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and processes
- • Ability to work both operationally and strategically

About This Role
As part of our (CDS Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance) team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
The Senior Lead Drug Safety is responsible for providing senior leadership and oversight across drug safety and pharmacovigilance activities while remaining hands on in operational delivery, ensuring high quality case handling, compliance and process optimization across a global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight across Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance activities
- Act at both portfolio and departmental level to ensure quality and continuity
- Remain hands on with safety case review, escalations and oversight of AE/SAE processing
- Support global safety activities including US regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor and support safety team members
- Build, improve and implement safety processes and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Strong experience in Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance within a CRO or similar environment
