As a Concierge Physician At Benessair, You Will:

• Deliver white-glove, concierge-level primary care to a select panel of discerning clients — executives, business owners, athletes, and community leaders.
• Take full ownership of the whole patient. You manage the complete picture and use specialists as a resource, not a default hand-off.
• Practice proactive, prevention-first medicine: advanced diagnostics, chronic disease management, longevity, hormone optimization, weight management, and metabolic health.
• Provide direct, around-the-clock access. Our standard for client responsiveness is measured in minutes, not hours.
• Build and grow your own patient panel through relationships, referrals, and community presence.
• Partner closely with Dr. Bordinko as a mentee — learning the craft and the business of concierge medicine.

• We practice a hybrid model: rigorous, evidence-based internal medicine combined with thoughtful root-cause investigation. We want a physician who is confident and capable in hardcore internal medicine and unfazed by emergencies, yet genuinely loves prevention and optimization.

• Able to separate emerging science from wellness hype — measurable outcomes and clinical evidence over social-media trends.

Required

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM or ABEM).
• Arizona medical license, or the ability to obtain one quickly.
• Several years of independent practice experience (5–15+ years preferred).
• Strong background in preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
• Comfort with hormone optimization, longevity medicine, weight management, metabolic health, and evidence-based wellness interventions.
  
  

Strongly preferred

• Experience caring for affluent, executive, athlete, or concierge / VIP patient populations.
• Additional credentials in obesity medicine, sports medicine, lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, or executive health.
  
  

Backgrounds We Especially Value:

• Prior concierge or direct primary care experience.
• Military physician background.
• Executive health, sports, or performance medicine.
• Experience caring for professional athletes, founders, executives, or ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• A track record of building a practice, service line, or patient following.
• Community leadership, philanthropy, or board involvement.

This is a rare opportunity to be personally mentored by a respected concierge founder while establishing your own brand inside an established, premium practice.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. Concierge medicine is a lifestyle and a business — we are looking for an entrepreneurial physician who wants to own the whole patient, practice what they preach, and grow with us for the long term.
