Family Medicine Physician
This role provides direct medical services on a full-time schedule with 36 patient care hours per week and a rotating on-call schedule. The position offers access to patients through an integrated health system using Epic EMR and is part of a physician-led, nationally recognized organization.

Required
- • Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

- Position: EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice
- Location: Currently 1 E County Line Road, Sandwich IL 60548 -moving to 88 W Countryside Parkway, Yorkville IL 60560 (April 2027)
- Full Time - direct medical services for 40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year for full-time status. 36 patient care hours. Rotating on call schedule.

- Salary range: $222,369-356,709. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures
