Radiology Breast Imaging Physician
Perform expert diagnostic and interventional breast care, interpret a full range of breast imaging studies, and collaborate in weekly multidisciplinary breast conferences. The role also includes performing interventional procedures, using home workstations for remote reading after hours or on weekends, and leveraging physician group resources to optimize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide diagnostic and interventional breast imaging services at or above community standards.
- • Participate in weekly breast conferences with Oncology/Surgeons for multidisciplinary care planning.
- • Utilize home workstations for remote reading after hours or on weekends to enhance production.
- • Adhere to AMA medical ethics and relevant specialty board standards.
- • Leverage Physician Group resources (supply chain, tech trainers, contracting, credentialing, financial reporting, communication) to optimize efficiency.
Required
- • MD or DO degree.
- • Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology & fellowship trained in Breast Imaging.
- • Successful completion of residency/fellowship commensurate with specialty.
- • Current and unrestricted state medical license.
- • Obtain and maintain unrestricted DEA registration.
- • Board certified or eligible in appropriate specialty, acceptable to Hospital.
- • Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system.
Preferred
- • Experience with a variety of breast imaging modalities and interventional procedures.
- • Prior experience with remote reading and home workstation setups.

Pay Range
$457,600 - $520,000 /year
