Required
- • Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease
- • Current, unrestricted Indiana Medical License
- • 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- • Attends all required orientation and training
- • Maintains proper credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements necessary to perform the job
