Physician - Primary Care Network, Ocala
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health, with independent and collaborative management of acute and chronic conditions. The role includes ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, coordinating specialist referrals, and providing clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams while maintaining a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
- • Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
- • Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
- • Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- • Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- • Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Required
- • Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine; board-eligible candidates will be considered if certification can be obtained before hire
- • Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
- • Comfortable with minor office-based procedures
- • Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before hire
- • DEA license or ability to obtain before hire
- • BLS required
