Women's Health & Longevity Medical Director - Full Time
This role combines clinical practice with program leadership, academic engagement, and strategic growth within a multidisciplinary women's health and longevity program. The Medical Director will help shape integrated, evidence-based care models focused on menopause, midlife women's health, preventive care, and longevity medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide medical and administrative leadership for the Women's Health & Longevity Program.
- • Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative effort.
- • Lead strategic planning, program development, quality initiatives, and provider engagement.
- • Develop and implement evidence-based care pathways and clinical protocols.
- • Collaborate across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive care for perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal patients.
- • Participate in resident and medical student education.
Required
- • Board certified in OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Preventive Medicine, or a related specialty.
- • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
- • Commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Preferred
- • Current Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) designation preferred or demonstrated expertise in menopause and midlife women's health.
- • Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
