Hospitalist Physician
This role focuses on hospitalist care at Brockton Hospital, including rounding and discharging patients, participating in daily MDRs, and using geographic rounding when possible. The team works closely together with dedicated support, contributes to rapid response and code coverage, and may have opportunities to teach transitional year residents.
Key Responsibilities

- • We have daily MDRs and practice geographic rounding when possible
- • You may have the opportunity to teach transitional year residents from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
- • As part of our hospitalist team, you’ll contribute to the rapid response and code team
- • Our team will connect frequently over lunch to address concerns and receive updates on Sound and hospital matters
- • We use Meditech and have access to our internal informatics platform
Required
- • Board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
- • Authorized to work in the United States or require H1b visa support
