Upstate Medical University
The successful candidate will establish and maintain an innovative, externally funded research program, contribute to graduate and medical education, mentor trainees, and participate in departmental and institutional service. The role includes research in areas such as vertebrate development, stem cell differentiation, organogenesis, iPSC-derived disease models, organoids, tissue patterning, live imaging, spatial or single-cell approaches, mechanobiology, and developmental signaling.

Required
- • Candidates must hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree
- • have relevant postdoctoral or independent research experience
Preferred
- • Candidates must have a PhD or equivalent degree in cell or developmental biology or a related field
- • currently hold the rank of an assistant or associate professor or a comparable leadership position in private industry
- • have established track records of funding and research productivity
Candidates must hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree and have relevant postdoctoral or independent research experience.
