Lead Physician - Eastbrook Family Health Center
Provide time-sensitive acute and chronic primary care that is comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated, and high-quality in an outpatient family and community medicine practice. In addition to direct patient care, the role is encouraged to participate in educating and training family medicine residents and College of Medicine students in preceptor roles.

- • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- • Completion of accredited training program
