Women's Imaging-Radiologist
Join a comprehensive breast care team as a dedicated women’s imaging specialist with optional general diagnostic studies and evening/weekend call if desired. The role includes participation in weekly Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Tumor board meetings and work with advanced breast imaging and biopsy procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- • Join our Comprehensive Breast Care team; including dedicated breast surgeons, dedicated breast medical oncologist, nurse navigator, advanced practitioners and support staff
- • Hospital-based radiology program consists of experienced Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologists (covering inpatient and outpatient services)
- • Participate in weekly Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Tumor board meetings with the entire team (surgery, medical oncology, radiation, pathology, genetics, lymphedema and social work)
- • Dedicated women’s imaging position with optional general diagnostic studies and evening/weekend call if desired
- • 3-D tomosynthesis, screening & diagnostic mammography, Ultrasound, Breast MRI, Dexascan, wire and wire-free localization and Stereotactic, ultrasound and MR guided biopsies
Required
- • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- • MQSA certification required
- • Eligible for California Medical License & Fluoroscopy Permit
Preferred
- • Fellowship-trained in Breast Imaging (preferred)
