Primary Care
Provide high-quality, compassionate primary care for patients ages 12 and up in an outpatient setting. The role includes routine primary care services such as well visits, annual exams, sick visits, sports physicals, and vaccinations/immunizations, using Epic EMR on a Monday-Friday schedule.

Required
- • Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician
- • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- • BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- • Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
- • Epic EMR
- • Commit to a schedule of Mon-Fri 8am 5pm
- • Ability to provide primary care services for ages 12 & up
