This role provides remote telemedicine care, including consulting with patients, reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and referring patients to other physicians or health care specialists as needed. The physician will also provide virtual telemedicine services, including quarterly follow-up care with labs and synchronous video consultations, while helping patients with testosterone replacement therapy when clinically appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- • Consulting and reviewing patients' medical history, allergies, symptoms, and current medications.
- • Formulating suitable treatment plans.
- • Prescribing medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions.
- • Maintaining accurate records of patients' medical history, medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress.
- • Providing remote virtual telemedicine services.
- • Willing to prescribe Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
- • Quarterly follow-up care with labs and synchronous video consultations.
- • Comfortable prescribing oral, gel, and injectable TRT, including combination therapy with HCG and enclomiphene when clinically appropriate.
Required
- • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- • Must hold an active DEA license to prescribe controlled substances in the states listed below.
- • An unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state(s) currently possessed, and a willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses.
- • Board certified in family or internal medicine or a related field.
- • Reliable mobile/tablet devices, and/or Mac/Windows/Chrome computer.
- • Participate as needed with WMG telemedicine training.
- • Abide by WMG company policies and clinical guidelines.
- • Willingness to work weekends.
Preferred
- • multiple active state and DEA licenses to provide remote medical services as well as prescribe controlled substances
- • having multiple licenses is a plus
- • Preferred experience working as a Telemedicine Physician.

Wilcrest Medical Group (WMG) is looking to hire an experienced and exceptional Telemedicine Physician with multiple active state and DEA licenses to provide remote medical services as well as prescribe controlled substances. The Physician’s responsibilities include being compassionate, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and consulting with patients with definitive diagnostic results, prescribing medications, and referring patients to other Physicians or health care specialists as needed. Physicians will have the privilege of flexible scheduling and set their own hours.
