Required
- • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- • BC/BE in Anesthesiology with fellowship training or significant experience in Pediatric Anesthesia
- • Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- • Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
