Key Responsibilities

Required
- • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- • Board Certified in Family Medicine
- • Completion of accredited training program
- • Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- • Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
