Primary Care Physician
This role involves providing comprehensive primary care within a collaborative multi-specialty team that includes psychiatrists, neurologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners. The physician will focus on direct patient care and medical treatment management, supported by medical assistants and administrative staff. The position emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based care and active participation in quality improvement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- • Conducting comprehensive, patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

Required
- • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- • Valid medical license in the state of Texas.
- • Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
