Required
- • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- • Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- • Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure

The salary range for this position is $260,000.00 - $330,000.00 (Annually)
Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity.

Located in the charming community of Sandwich, our Family Medicine practice is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As a NM Family Medicine physician, you will provide high-quality care to individuals and families of all ages. - Join a team of high-performing Primary Care Physicians

- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: shared and rotated
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support
- Clinic located inside NM Multispecialty building
- Hospital privileges at NM Valley West and Kishwaukee Hospitals
- EPIC electronic health system
