Podiatrist (Part-Time, Outpatient)
This role involves providing evidence-based, high-quality podiatry care to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient/ambulatory setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule, including the option to work weekends only, and emphasizes compassionate, comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Flexible schedule, including opportunity to work on weekends only
- • Responsible for podiatry care for adult and pediatric patients referred from the Health Center's primary care sites
- • Work closely with multidisciplinary providers to ensure that patients receive the best in podiatry care
- • Provide quality care to patients
- • Participate in all activities for the multidisciplinary team-based approach for the care of adult and pediatric patients
- • Perform other duties as assigned
Required
- • Graduated from an accredited medical school and licensed to practice in New York State
- • Certification or eligible for certification in Podiatry by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine
- • Fellowship-trained
Preferred
- • One to two years of experience in practicing podiatry
- • Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean or Spanish
- • Experience in primary care or community medicine
