This role involves providing comprehensive family medicine care to patients across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based rural clinic. The position offers a balanced schedule with no call or inpatient responsibilities, and includes opportunities for teaching, research, and community health initiatives. The physician will also supervise advanced practice clinicians and may provide outreach services.

Required
- • Completed an accredited graduate medical training program
- • Board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated
- • Have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations

You will join a collegial team of two Family Medicine physicians and six Advanced Practice Clinicians while caring for patients across the lifespan in a team-based practice environment with strong specialty support and access to Epic, connecting care teams across the Emplify Health System.
Behavioral health services are available within the Elroy clinic, where a behavioral health nurse practitioner and multiple therapists’ partner with our primary care teams to support comprehensive patient care.
Our Elroy clinic is just minutes from Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital and our Hillsboro clinic, with St. Joseph's offering a 13-bed critical access hospital with a 24/7 Emergency Department, specialty clinics, and surgical services, providing convenient access to additional resources while maintaining the close relationships and continuity that make rural family medicine so rewarding.

- No inpatient responsibilities (hospitalized patients are admitted and cared for by our established hospitalist and inpatient medical services)
