Required
- • Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- • Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in corresponding state of clinic location
- • Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background
- • Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card
