Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - San Tan Valley
This role involves providing outpatient adult medicine primary care with a focus on value-based care, including office consults, annual wellness visits, preventative care, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures. Required
- • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- • Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- • Current and unrestricted DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to start

- 18-22 patients per day after ramping up

- Dedicated MA team for rooming and support
- Onsite lab and pharmacy resource support for medication refills
- Protected administrative time to ensure balance in your day
- Clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
