PRN Physician 1099 Contract – FCS Oncology Clinics in Southwest Florida
This role provides intermittent coverage for oncology clinics during periods of physician absence. It is a flexible independent contractor opportunity that supports ongoing clinic operations and practice needs. Direct patient care responsibilities are expected to be limited.

Required
- • Full, unrestricted Florida MD/DO license
- • Clear results of a thorough background screening
- • Receive various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, barring an approved exemption
- • Subject to drug/ nicotine testing
