Key Responsibilities
- • Provide exemplary, personalized medical and wellness care by delivering superior customer service to patient members.
- • Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand their health and needs.

- • Practice in a team environment with support from nurses, referral coordinators, wellness coaches, and administrative/customer care team.

Required
- • Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- • Licensed in the state of open opportunity
- • Deeply experienced in outpatient, relational primary care
- • Passionate about developing relationships with patients

- • Determined to provide attentive care of the highest quality, creatively incorporating prevention and wellness even into acute visits
