The role involves working as a Family Physician in a fast-growing area with a team of 10 physicians, 8 APPs, and support staff including a Clinical Pharmacist. The practice encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits, and video visits to deliver care where and when patients need it, utilizing a team approach including PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists, and clinical RNs.
Key Responsibilities
- • Encourage same day, extended hours, e-visits and video visits to deliver care where and when patients need us.
- • Maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine.
- • Utilize a team approach to care, which includes PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists and clinical RNs.
