Key Responsibilities
- • Conduct virtual evaluations for hormone therapy eligibility via synchronous video calls
- • Create tailored treatment plans based on individual hormone profiles
- • Interpret lab results and adjust therapies accordingly
- • Provide monthly follow-ups and ongoing patient education
- • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a streamlined, patient-first platform
Required
- • Active medical license in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, NJ, NY, OH, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
- • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., endocrinology, family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, or urology)
- • Current DEA license with experience prescribing controlled substances
- • Willingness to obtain DEA licenses in all states above by 12/31/25
- • Strong understanding of hormone replacement strategies and treatment protocols
- • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach
- • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
- • 2+ years of experience in hormone replacement therapy or related field
- • Previous telemedicine experience
- • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
