Dr. B is pioneering a new era of healthcare accessibility across the U.S. through cutting-edge telemedicine. We’re expanding our services to include a comprehensive hormone optimization program, and we’re looking for experienced physicians to help lead the way.

This is a fully remote, contract (1099) opportunity to deliver personalized, evidence-based care to patients seeking treatment for hormonal imbalances—starting with our men’s hormone optimization program.

Position Highlights

• Conduct virtual evaluations for hormone therapy eligibility via synchronous video calls
• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual hormone profiles
• Interpret lab results and adjust therapies accordingly
• Provide monthly follow-ups and ongoing patient education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a streamlined, patient-first platform

Required:

• Active medical license in the following states:
• AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, NJ, NY, OH, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
• Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., endocrinology, family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, or urology)
• Current DEA license with experience prescribing controlled substances
• Willingness to obtain DEA licenses in all states above by 12/31/25
• Strong understanding of hormone replacement strategies and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in hormone replacement therapy or related field
• Previous telemedicine experience
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
