Full Job Description

Mercor is looking for people with industry experience in Sleep Medicine – Neurology. This is for a project with a leading AI research lab. The work will revolve around crafting questions, evaluating model responses, and/or solving problems in your area of expertise. The goal of the project is to improve the model’s capabilities in many domains, including yours!

Job requirements

  • Medical degree (MD/DO) with completed Neurology residency or ACGME-accredited fellowship in Sleep Medicine; board certification or eligibility in Sleep Medicine preferred.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in sleep physiology, polysomnography interpretation, neurophysiology of sleep disorders, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sleep-study interpretation, medical documentation, peer review, or clinical guideline development for sleep disorders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to provide nuanced feedback on complex sleep-medicine scenarios.

This project is scoped to last a minimum of 2-4 weeks, but may be extended.

You will be expected to commit at least 30 hours per week. The hours are fully flexible, i.e. you choose when you work!
