How it works
How do physician referrals work?
Share a job's referral link with a colleague. When they're hired, you earn the exact dollar amount listed on that job - up to $10,000. Every referral job shows its bonus right on the listing, so what you see is what you'll earn.
How do employer referrals work?
Email a warm intro to someone you know at a company that's hiring - a hiring manager, recruiter, or exec - and CC info@mozibox.com. One CC and your introduction is done: we reach out, take it from there, and credit the introduction to you. Once they post their first job, you earn 30% of Mozibox's placement fee - up to $10,000 per hire - on every hire they make in the year after.
What if a job doesn't list a referral bonus?
Then it's not part of the referral program. Only roles with a listed referral bonus qualify - check the job's listing, or browse the referral jobs list on this page.
When and how do I get paid?
We pay you 90 days after the new hire's start date, straight to your bank.
What makes a referral valid?
A referral is valid when the candidate or company has not been previously referred by anyone else. Only the initial referrer qualifies for the reward.
What does not qualify for a referral?
Introductions that do not lead to a hire, and referring a candidate or company already associated with a different referrer. We track the first person to successfully refer each candidate or company.
