As a physician in occupational medicine, I saw how fragmented our career infrastructure had become. Leadership roles were buried. Nonclinical pathways were unclear. Meanwhile, my husband—an AI engineering lead who built systems used by billions—had spent his career making complex decisions easier through intuitive technology.
Together, we created Mozibox: an AI-powered copilot that helps physicians discover opportunities beyond the bedside—and turn possibility into a path.
