3. User Obligations
Registration
To access certain features of the Website, such as the job board or salary submission, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Data Contribution
If you contribute salary data to the Website, you agree that the data is accurate to the best of your knowledge. - Employers and Recruiters: Employers and recruiters must comply with all local, state, and federal employment laws, including anti-discrimination and equal opportunity regulations. All job listings must be accurate, lawful, and free of discriminatory language or practices. Misleading or discriminatory job postings are strictly prohibited.
- Job Seekers: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of your application materials. Mozibox is not responsible for the outcome of job applications or any interactions with employers.
Prohibited Use
- Using the Website for any unlawful purpose.
- Using the Website to discuss, coordinate, or fix salaries in violation of antitrust laws.
- Submitting false or misleading information.

6. Resume Services and AI-Powered Tools
Resume Upload and Processing

By uploading a resume, you represent that you have the right to share its contents and that it does not contain information you are prohibited from disclosing. Mozibox uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to parse, analyze, and extract structured data from your resume to provide career insights and job matching.
AI-Generated Content
The Website uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI services such as OpenAI) to generate content, analyze resumes, classify job listings, and provide career-related suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify any AI-generated information before relying on it. AI-generated content does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or career advice.
Ask Mo Career Assistant
"Ask Mo" is an AI-powered chatbot that provides general career information and guidance. Responses from Ask Mo are generated by artificial intelligence and are informational only. Mozibox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any responses provided by Ask Mo. You should not rely on Ask Mo as a substitute for professional advice from qualified career counselors, attorneys, or financial advisors.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload to the Website, including resumes and other documents. Mozibox is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content you provide.
7. Subscription Plans and Payments
Paid Services
The Website offers subscription-based premium features (such as "Plus" and "Max" plans) that provide enhanced access to tools and services. Free features are available without a subscription, but certain features require an active paid plan.
Free Trials
Mozibox may offer free trial periods for paid subscription plans. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be notified of the applicable charges before the trial ends.
Billing and Renewal
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Mozibox to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Mozibox does not directly store your full credit card number or payment credentials. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Mozibox does not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Mozibox reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8. User Content License
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Website, including resumes, salary survey responses, comments, articles, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Mozibox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, display, and analyze your User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Website and its services.
Processing and Analysis
You acknowledge that your User Content may be processed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence, for purposes such as resume analysis, job matching, content moderation, and service improvement. Aggregated and anonymized insights derived from User Content may be used for research, reporting, and platform improvement.
Content Removal
You may delete your User Content at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, Mozibox will remove your content from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, though residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period.
9. Coaching and Mentorship Directory
Informational Directory
The Website provides a directory of career coaches and mentors for informational purposes. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any coach's qualifications, expertise, or services by Mozibox.
Independent Relationships
Any engagement between you and a coach or mentor listed in the directory is an independent relationship between you and that individual. Mozibox is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or transaction between you and a coach. Mozibox is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any coaching or mentorship services.
No Liability
Mozibox disclaims all liability for any advice, guidance, or recommendations provided by coaches or mentors listed in the directory. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability and credentials of any coach before engaging their services.
10. Referral Program
Eligibility
Mozibox may offer a referral program that allows users to refer others to the Website. Participation in the referral program is subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the referral program page.
First-Referrer Policy
Referral credit is awarded to the first user who successfully refers a new member. Duplicate referrals for the same individual will not be credited.
Invalid Referrals
Mozibox reserves the right to disqualify referrals that are fraudulent, self-referrals, or otherwise violate the spirit of the program. Mozibox may investigate and reverse referral credits at its discretion.
Program Modifications
Mozibox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
