The Department is currently undergoing expansion and growth, and preference will be given to candidates taking innovative approaches to study molecular mechanisms at the intersection of immunology and cancer that complement and synergize with existing expertise within the Department and the KUMC research community. Successful applicants must hold a Ph.D. and/or M.D. (or similar doctoral degree) and are expected to be highly motivated with excellent communication, teaching, and writing skills, and to have demonstrated ability to conduct independent research with an impactful publication record.
