Mercor is seeking medical residents from any specialty except radiology for a project with a leading AI lab focused on medical reasoning related to lab data analysis. Candidates must be comfortable analyzing lab diagnostics results and will work remotely and asynchronously to evaluate and refine AI systems.
Key Responsibilities

- • Create the rubric to score a good response to the diagnostic case
Required
- • Are currently in a U.S. based Residency program
- • Cannot be specializing in Radiology
- • Hold a U.S. based MD or DO
- • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
- • Are comfortable working in a fully remote and asynchronous environment
- • Have interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare
- • Applicants must be based in the US
