The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and refining machine learning models with a focus on medical topics. This role involves leading a team in the preparation, annotation, and iterative feedback processes to enhance AI system effectiveness and requires strong leadership skills alongside a deep interest in AI and general medical knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team to curate, preprocess, and annotate datasets for AI and machine learning models. Lead a team in meeting tight deadlines and support them in achieving targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to define and achieve training objectives.
