The Opportunity

We are seeking Chief Health Informatics Officers (CHIOs), CMIOs, CIOs, and senior informatics leaders who have led enterprise data initiatives and understand the complexity of health IT adoption. You will help shape how CognomIQ integrates into clinical environments, navigates enterprise procurement, and proves its value to health systems and research organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Informatics Strategy: Advise on governance, data quality frameworks, and interoperability standards
• Enterprise Adoption: Guide integration into EHR environments, workflows, and decision-support systems
• Market Expansion: Shape strategy for adoption across provider networks, payers, research institutions, and pharma
• Network Development: Facilitate introductions to innovation officers, CIOs, CMIOs, and strategic partners
• Clinical Insight: Provide real-world feedback on use cases, implementation pathways, and measurable outcomes

Ideal Profiles

We’re looking for advisors with:

• 10+ years in informatics leadership (CHIO, CMIO, CIO, VP of Informatics)
• Deep knowledge of EHRs, interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7), and data governance
• Experience in clinical decision support, research informatics, or analytics platforms
• Familiarity with health system procurement and payer/provider partnerships
• Strong networks across hospitals, research centers, and health IT consortia
