This role involves providing comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions in a 100% outpatient setting with limited call. The position offers opportunities to perform screening colonoscopies, small office procedures, and to teach at the Family Medicine Residency program at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. The practice has an established patient base and includes specialty providers onsite along with radiology, lab, and pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities

Required
- • MD or DO
- • BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- • Able to obtain IN license
- • Open to J1 and H1b candidates

- • Residents graduating in 2025, 2026 and 2027 are encouraged to apply
